Diane Dunster is a social worker with over 30 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. She has experience treating depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, addiction recovery and co-occurring disorders in a variety of settings. Her main method of intervention is with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She also practices Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT), change theory, Grief and Loss and addiction and recovery. She has a long history of working with people suffering from a variety of mental health issues and life stressors to find solutions and adapt behaviors to be successful in their day to day life. She specializes in clients presenting with high-risk behaviors, anxiety, stress, depression, issues with relationships and coping challenges.
