Sandy Greenwald is founder and co-director of MFCS, which she established in 1986. Her practice is with adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, relationship problems, and uncertainty about their future, particularly around job security, and adjustment to life changes such as divorce. Special interests include helping clients deal with medical issues and with grief and loss, including pregnancy loss. Her style is interactive, with a focus on enhancing her clients' strengths. She sees therapy as an opportunity to acknowledge that you have issues to work on and learn more effective ways to address them. It's an opportunity to feel better about yourself and the relationships in your life.
