Fred Pasche has twenty years of experience in counseling individuals, couples, and families from a wide variety of backgrounds. He enjoys meeting each person where they are in that moment of their life, working to get to know and understand their challenges and goals, and collaborative moving forward with them to find healing and meaning. He uses a mix of therapeutic focuses with an emphasis on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy. His style is warm, encouraging, and non-judgmental. His goal, whether engaging around depression, anxiety, loss, or a painful sense of self, is to build a relationship that lets each person, couple, or family safely express the full range of human emotion from anger to humor so they can become the fullest, most healthy version of themselves
